Opportunity to wash your clothes: in the basement of our apartment house you can use the washing machine and the washing line for a small fee

Opportunity to dry your clothes: please do not leave your wet clothes in the room or apartment to dry. For this purpose we have arranged a drying room in our furnace room.

Infrastructure: With a 3-5 minutes’ walk you reach a grocery shop and a restaurant. A physician and a pharmacy are also close by.
 

Tips about the Prices 

Rooms: double rooms can also be booked as a single room with a surcharge of 20%. On the day of arrival you can check in at 2pm. On the day of departure you need to check out at 10am.

Bookings: Bookings are only valid in written form and after received payment of approx. 20% of the total price.

Payment options: payment in cash and pre- money transfer is possible. Another option is to transfer the money during your vacation, provided that the whole amount is on our bank account on the day of your departure.

Out of consideration for people with allergies and for reasons of hygiene, pets are not allowed!

Cancellation and travel cancellation insurance:

Cancelling: There is a lot that can happen before the start of a journey, but with our cancellation insurance you are financially secure. According to EU standards, in case that you arrive late, you cannot make it to your booked hotel stay at all or you have to break it off early, it is possible that a cancellation fee will be charged. In order to avoid any expenses, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance so that these expenses will be paid by the » Europäischen Reiseversicherung.


Cancellation fees:

Cancellation up to 60 days before the day of arrival at the latest: no charge

Cancellation up to 8 days before the day of arrival at the latest: 50% of the agreed total price

Cancellation less than 8 days before the day of arrival: 70% of the agreed total price

Cancellation less than 3 days before the day of arrival: 90% of the agreed total price

No arrival: 100% of the agreed total price

Early departure: 100% of the agreed total price for the services which were not made use of
