Information regarding dispute resolution online: In the first quarter of 2016 the EU committee will provide an online platform, the so-called OS platform, which is there to resolve disputes online. The OS platform should be consulted for the out-of-court resolution of disputes regarding contractual obligations, which result from online purchase contracts.
